Batter Up!

Today I mastered base-ball un our super warm weather. I got an awesome three runs, at recess when we were all playing. I still need to work on my catching, but with a little practice i'll be really good. I was looking in to what colour I should paint my nails today, so I looked up the meaning of different colours. Here is what I found:

  • Red- Confidence, danger, intensity, love, determination, and strength
  • Orange- Joy, enthusiasm, creativity, and determination
  • Yellow- Happiness, intelect, and joy
  • Green- Earthy, growth, and freshness
  • Blue- Loyalty, wisdom, intelligence and truth
  • Purple- Royalty, power, nobility and luxury
So long for today,

Sunglasses, Rolled up shorts and Ice Cream

Looks like Mr. Jack Frost heard my calling. We now are sporting tshirts and shorts! As for other subjects not involving the weather... I have been doing some reasearch on interesting summer camps, and would like to direct your attention to th following: www.curiousjanecamp.com/bluetree
Blue tree is  a summer camp catering towards girls going into the 7th to 12th grade. They offer a variety of interesting courses from Fashion to zines, which I will explain about soon. They offer resedential and day camps in Pensylvania and Maryland. Personally I would defintily be interested! I discovered these camps through one of my favourite magazines called Kiki. Where I also discovered the idea of zines. Zines are mini magazines with a specific focus. I have personally decided to create one! I'm not sure about what yet, but feel free to leave me some ideas in the comments. Oh, and by the way, Happy late St. Patricks Day!
Top of the evening to ya,

Riding the Waves... of Snow

As spring approaches, we begin to consider the traditions. Spring clean out, first bike ride. You know what I mean. Well us canadian residents are still shoveling the white stuff off of our driveways. That is, those of us without snow plows. We have been sporting hoodies, in the past few days, but here in Ontario, the stuff keeps coming. As Jack Frost is just about finished his anger spirt, we keep sitting by the fire. Shivering so much, we almost spill our hot chocolate.
until next time,
